Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, wallet top-ups, and refunds work for Scaleify. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
- Scaleify is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. Each cycle includes a set number of messages for your chosen plan.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- Subscription fees for the current cycle are generally non-refundable, as the included message allowance is made available to you for that period.
2. Wallet top-ups (overage)
- Messages sent beyond your plan’s included amount are charged at your tier’s per-message rate from a prepaid wallet.
- Wallet top-ups are prepaid and used as messages are sent. Unused wallet balance remains available while your account is active.
- Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. On account closure, you may request review of any unused balance; refunds, where granted, are at our reasonable discretion and may exclude amounts already consumed or fees incurred.
3. Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate payment or a clear billing mistake — contact us and we will investigate. Verified erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
4. How to request a refund
Email rahulchinnu086@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your business name and the payment reference (from your Razorpay receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Once processed, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
